SUMMING UP: A FOUR star hotel… needs a little finesse… which is missing in this place. NO… the hotel is not dirty, but needs improving. I would recommend the cleaning staff to be more energetic at their job. NEGATIVE POINTS - I thought the breakfast options were extremely limited, and very basic for a FOUR star hotel. +/- Mentioned above about the extra euro for the view… but I must say that for a FOUR star hotel, the room does not feel as inviting and warm as a hotel classed in this family should. I know that you do not need a huge menu – but a little more choice would have been appreciated. +/- I mentioned above that the food was of GOOD quality… however, the choices are extremely limited to a few dishes. It does not serve bar-food… only very basic sandwiches… or food from the restaurant (expensive for a bar). A mere 50 meter walk + The restaurant offers GOOD quality food (more below) + Internet worked without flaws SO-SO POINTS: +/- The outside bar is not as nice as the pictures advertised… and worked limited hours.

+ I am not sure if the hotel offers parking, but why pay extra for parking, when just around the corner from the hotel is free and ample parking in the street. + Reception staff is well trained, and took care of everything quickly and professionally during check-in and check-out. This is what I think: POSITIVE POINTS: + Pay the extra few EURO… but make sure you get a room facing the sea. Let us be straight forward, this is a reasonable hotel classified as 4 stars… but within the 4 star family, I would say that it is rather basic. Hotels near L'Ampolla - el Perello Station.
